This license is granted solely to transmit and publicly communicate the CONTENT, for which, +CTG may make the necessary technical adaptations to transmit the CONTENT.

The AUTHOR guarantees and declares that: (i) He is the owner of the copyrights related to the CONTENT; (ii) Has the legal power to license the rights of the CONTENT; (iii) The CONTENT is free of any encumbrance or limitation; (iv) Assume all responsibility for any claim for violations of laws and other regulations, arising from the use of the CONTENT, holding +CTG harmless from and against all damages, liabilities, expenses and costs arising from judicial claims and /or extrajudicial.

The AUTHOR considers the transmission of the CONTENT as part of the marketing and communication strategy of +CTG, as well as its reproduction, use, adaptation to and treatment without geographical or temporal limit, by +CTG, live programmed, through of the Internet, with informative fines, without compensation or financial remuneration of any kind, expressly transferring their image rights to be disseminated through the different media authorized by +CTG.
